FIFA waits to find out 'scale of damage' at venue

SAO PAULO (AP) — World soccer governing body FIFA said Thursday it is trying to find out the extent of the damage caused by the collapse at the stadium hosting the 2014 World Cup opener and until then it won't be able to assess how much the accident will delay the venue's delivery.
